The water in Svečina and Slovenia is drinkable. We have clean water, so we can drink tap water every day. We value it, which is why we have the right to drink water in our Constitution.

The house has two double bedrooms, a double sofa bed and up to 12 beds in the shared sleeping area. There are 16 beds in total.

House of the Sun Toti breg is a disabled friendly house – there is a ramp from the car park to the terrace and entrance to the house (no stairs).

The toilets are wheelchair accessible, as are the kitchen and dining area, and the sleeping area in the living room. A pair of staircase leads to the bedrooms on the ground floor.

There are many marked hiking trails between the vineyards (Vinotur), which are also suitable for mountain biking. The local roads that lead through the valleys and hills are quite traffic-free and are therefore also very suitable for road cycling. Nearby, there is also a gastronomic route through Slovenia (Slovenia Green Gourmet Route).

There is a supermarket in Zgornja Kungota, and a small shop in Svečina. Both are less than 3 km from your accommodation.

The Michelin-starred Denk House in Zgornja Kungota is really worth a visit. You can get very good food at Vino Gaube. You will also eat well at Bistro Marco.

On the way there is also the Arzenškov hram.

The Toti breg property is also suitable for younger children as there is plenty of space to play around the house. Upstairs, there is a playroom with two large boxes of Lego bricks.

Pets are welcome, but must be registered before arrival and a pet fee must be payed upon arrival. Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds and sofa.
